Le remboursement est pr\u00e9vu lorsque le financement bancaire sera obtenu, une fois le <strong>permis de construire<\/strong> obtenu et le <strong>niveau de pr\u00e9ventes requis par l\u2019institution financi\u00e8re<\/strong> atteint.<\/p>\n<p> <\/p>\n<p>Le gestionnaire estime un d\u00e9lai de <strong>12 mois<\/strong> pour atteindre cette \u00e9tape. Pendant cette p\u00e9riode, l\u2019<strong>\u00e9tude d\u00e9taill\u00e9e<\/strong> et le <strong>projet d\u2019urbanisation<\/strong> sont en cours d\u2019\u00e9laboration en coordination avec la mairie de Punta Umbr\u00eda.
