Le gestionnaire compl\u00e9tera le montant restant et les frais associ\u00e9s avec des fonds propres.<\/p>\n<p> <\/p>\n<p>Sur ces parcelles sera d\u00e9velopp\u00e9e une <strong>promotion r\u00e9sidentielle de 67 logements, 61 places de parking et 58 caves<\/strong>, r\u00e9partis sur un rez-de-chauss\u00e9e, trois \u00e9tages et deux niveaux de sous-sol, pour une <strong>surface constructible totale de 4 110 m\u00b2<\/strong>.
