Le financement s\u2019ouvrira le <strong>mercredi 17 septembre \u00e0 12h00 (UTC+2), avec un ticket maximum de 1 000 euros par investisseur<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p> <\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">24 % de rendement total<\/h2>\n<p> <\/p>\n<p>Les investisseurs participeront par le biais de l\u2019octroi d\u2019un <strong>pr\u00eat \u00e0 taux fixe de 12 % annuel<\/strong> sur une dur\u00e9e estim\u00e9e de <strong>24 mois<\/strong>. Le rendement minimum garanti est de six mois d\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eats, et le remboursement du capital et des int\u00e9r\u00eats aura lieu \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9ch\u00e9ance.<\/p>\n<p> <\/p>\n<p>Le montant total du pr\u00eat s\u2019\u00e9l\u00e8ve \u00e0 <strong>740 000 euros<\/strong> en une seule tranche. L\u2019objectif de l\u2019op\u00e9ration est la recapitalisation du promoteur, qui r\u00e9cup\u00e9rera une partie du capital d\u00e9j\u00e0 investi dans la promotion pour le r\u00e9affecter \u00e0 de nouveaux projets.<\/p>\n<p> <\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Une promotion sur la Costa del Sol<\/h2>\n<p> <\/p>\n<p>Le remboursement du pr\u00eat du projet <a href=\"https:\/\/urbanitae.com\/fr\/projet\/P000395?utm_source=blog_fr&amp;utm_medium=organic&amp;utm_campaign=urbanitae_blog_0925&amp;utm_term=rabanales_2&amp;utm_content=fr_proyecto_rabanales\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Rabanales<\/a> sera garanti par une promotion immobili\u00e8re en cours \u00e0 <strong>El Puerto de la Duquesa (Manilva, M\u00e1laga)<\/strong>, qui pr\u00e9voit le d\u00e9veloppement de <strong>38 logements collectifs libres<\/strong>, tous avec garage et cave, ainsi que des espaces communs avec piscine et jardins.<\/p>\n<p> <\/p>\n<p>La promotion est situ\u00e9e dans un environnement privil\u00e9gi\u00e9, entour\u00e9 de plages et de patrimoine historique comme le ch\u00e2teau de La Duquesa, dans l\u2019une des zones les plus attractives de la <a href=\"https:\/\/blog.urbanitae.com\/fr\/2024\/05\/14\/20-de-rentabilite-immobiliere-sur-la-costa-del-sol\/?utm_source=blog_fr&amp;utm_medium=organic&amp;utm_campaign=urbanitae_blog_0925&amp;utm_term=costa_del_sol&amp;utm_content=fr_proyecto_rabanales\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Costa del Sol<\/a>.
