Le rez-de-chauss\u00e9e comprendra des espaces communs tels qu\u2019un <strong>salle de sport, un parking \u00e0 v\u00e9los et des locaux techniques<\/strong>, en plus des caves.<\/p>\n<p> <\/p>\n<p>Tetu\u00e1n est un quartier central et multiculturel de Madrid, avec <strong>d\u2019excellentes liaisons de transport<\/strong>, proche de l\u2019axe commercial Bravo Murillo et du quartier financier AZCA. sortie du pr\u00eat se fera par le biais d\u2019un <strong>refinancement bancaire<\/strong>, avec l\u2019octroi du pr\u00eat promoteur une fois le <strong>permis de construire<\/strong> obtenu et le
