Cette dynamique s\u2019explique en grande partie par la capacit\u00e9 de ces entreprises \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer l\u2019efficacit\u00e9 op\u00e9rationnelle du secteur, gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des technologies comme l\u2019intelligence artificielle, le machine learning, le big data ou l\u2019automatisation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Parmi les applications les plus remarquables figurent l\u2019\u00e9valuation d\u2019actifs, la gestion intelligente de portefeuilles ou les visites virtuelles immersives, qui permettent de r\u00e9duire les d\u00e9lais et les co\u00fbts, tout en am\u00e9liorant l\u2019exp\u00e9rience utilisateur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le rapport indique que 91,2\u202f% de ces entreprises s\u2019attendent \u00e0 une augmentation de leur chiffre d\u2019affaires cette ann\u00e9e, et pr\u00e8s de trois sur quatre pr\u00e9voient d\u2019agrandir leurs \u00e9quipes. En termes de mod\u00e8les \u00e9conomiques, le <strong>B2B<\/strong> domine, suivi du <strong>B2B2C<\/strong> et du <strong>B2C<\/strong>. Bien que la majorit\u00e9 r\u00e9alise un chiffre d\u2019affaires annuel inf\u00e9rieur \u00e0 500 000 euros et fonctionne avec des \u00e9quipes r\u00e9duites, les perspectives de croissance restent \u00e9lev\u00e9es. Les priorit\u00e9s pour 2024 incluent l\u2019\u00e9largissement de l\u2019offre de produits et services (64,7\u202f%), la signature d\u2019accords avec des entreprises traditionnelles (47,1\u202f%) et la recherche de financements (41,2\u202f%).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat pour la technologie immobili\u00e8re continue de cro\u00eetre : <strong>72,2\u202f% des entreprises<\/strong>, qu\u2019elles soient startups ou traditionnelles, constatent une demande accrue pour ce type de solutions. Toutefois, la collaboration r\u00e9elle reste limit\u00e9e. Seules <strong>6,9\u202f% des startups per\u00e7oivent un int\u00e9r\u00eat clair de la part des entreprises traditionnelles<\/strong>, tandis que la majorit\u00e9 estime que cet int\u00e9r\u00eat reste mod\u00e9r\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Les domaines les plus en demande technologiquement<\/strong> sont la <strong>gestion des biens immobiliers<\/strong> (plus de 64\u202f%), la <strong>commercialisation<\/strong> (58,8\u202f%) et l\u2019<strong>\u00e9valuation et l\u2019analyse<\/strong> (entre 35\u202f% et 46\u202f%, selon le type d\u2019entreprise). Les alliances progressent : un tiers des startups collabore ponctuellement avec des grands groupes, et pr\u00e8s de la moiti\u00e9 des entreprises traditionnelles entretiennent une forme de partenariat avec des startups proptech.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Efficacit\u00e9, donn\u00e9es et technologie comme moteurs de croissance<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019efficacit\u00e9 et la r\u00e9duction des co\u00fbts sont les principaux moteurs de l\u2019adoption de solutions proptech, selon <strong>79,2\u202f% des entreprises<\/strong>. \u00c0 cela s\u2019ajoutent la disponibilit\u00e9 croissante des donn\u00e9es et l\u2019am\u00e9lioration de leur analyse (54,2\u202f%), ainsi que l\u2019innovation technologique continue (44,4\u202f%).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>C\u00f4t\u00e9 technologies, l\u2019intelligence artificielle et le machine learning arrivent en t\u00eate (77,8\u202f%), suivis de l\u2019<strong>analyse de donn\u00e9es<\/strong> (58,3\u202f%) et de <strong>l\u2019automatisation des processus<\/strong> (51,4\u202f%). D\u2019autres technologies, comme la <strong>r\u00e9alit\u00e9 augment\u00e9e<\/strong> (23,6\u202f%) ou les <strong>outils de commercialisation<\/strong> (22,2\u202f%), gagnent \u00e9galement en importance, bien que dans une moindre mesure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Par ailleurs, bien que la <strong>blockchain<\/strong> et l\u2019<strong>Internet des objets (IoT)<\/strong> ne soient pas encore largement utilis\u00e9s, de plus en plus d\u2019entreprises s\u2019y int\u00e9ressent pour leurs capacit\u00e9s \u00e0 renforcer la s\u00e9curit\u00e9, la tra\u00e7abilit\u00e9 et la gestion efficace des actifs immobiliers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Des consommateurs plus exigeants et une meilleure exp\u00e9rience utilisateur<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Le changement de comportement des consommateurs devient un catalyseur majeur du d\u00e9veloppement du secteur proptech. <strong>Plus de 91\u202f% des entreprises signalent une \u00e9volution significative des attentes de leurs clients<\/strong>, qui recherchent des exp\u00e9riences num\u00e9riques plus intuitives, personnalis\u00e9es et fluides.
