Il s\u2019agit d\u2019un pr\u00eat relais destin\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019acquisition d\u2019un terrain en vue du d\u00e9veloppement d\u2019un programme r\u00e9sidentiel de 69 logements dans le quartier de Valdefierro.<\/p><p>Un <strong>webinaire d\u2019information<\/strong> aura lieu avec Libra Gesti\u00f3n de Proyectos, le gestionnaire du projet, le <strong>mercredi 9 juillet \u00e0 16h00 (UTC+2)<\/strong> pour r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 toutes vos questions.<\/p><p>En raison de la forte demande attendue, la participation sera limit\u00e9e \u00e0 un maximum de <strong>3 000 \u20ac par investisseur.<\/strong><\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Un projet r\u00e9sidentiel dans une zone en expansion<\/h2><p>Le projet <a href=\"https:\/\/urbanitae.com\/fr\/projet\/P000380?utm_source=blog_fr&amp;utm_medium=organic&amp;utm_campaign=urbanitae_blog_0725&amp;utm_term=terrazas_de_biel_1&amp;utm_content=fr_proyecto_terrazas_de_biel\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Terrazas de Biel<\/a> consiste \u00e0 accorder un <strong>pr\u00eat de 3.520.000 euros<\/strong>, avec un <strong>taux d\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat fixe de 10,5 % par an<\/strong>, sur une <strong>dur\u00e9e de 18 mois sans extension possible<\/strong>. Le pr\u00eat permettra de financer partiellement l\u2019acquisition d\u2019un terrain \u00e0 usage r\u00e9sidentiel attribu\u00e9 \u00e0 Libra Gesti\u00f3n de Proyectos dans le secteur U-57-6B de Valdefierro, \u00e0 Saragosse. L\u2019op\u00e9ration couvrira \u00e9galement une partie des co\u00fbts d\u2019urbanisation restants et les frais de structuration du pr\u00eat.<\/p><p>Le terrain, propri\u00e9t\u00e9 de la Sareb, a d\u00e9j\u00e0 fait l\u2019objet de travaux d\u2019urbanisation \u00e0 hauteur de 20 %. Une fois acquis, le projet pr\u00e9voit de poursuivre les travaux d\u2019urbanisation et de demander un permis de construire pour la r\u00e9alisation d\u2019un <strong>programme coop\u00e9ratif de 69 logements collectifs<\/strong>. Les logements compteront entre 2 et 5 chambres et comprendront une place de parking, un d\u00e9barras, des espaces verts communs, des piscines int\u00e9rieure et ext\u00e9rieure, une salle de sport et une aire de jeux.<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Le gestionnaire : Libra Gesti\u00f3n de Proyectos<\/h2><p>Le responsable du projet <a href=\"https:\/\/urbanitae.com\/fr\/projet\/P000380?utm_source=blog_fr&amp;utm_medium=organic&amp;utm_campaign=urbanitae_blog_0725&amp;utm_term=terrazas_de_biel_2&amp;utm_content=fr_proyecto_terrazas_de_biel\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Terrazas de Biel<\/a> est Libra Gesti\u00f3n de Proyectos, une soci\u00e9t\u00e9 de gestion immobili\u00e8re avec plus de 25 ans d\u2019exp\u00e9rience et pr\u00e8s de 6.000 logements livr\u00e9s. Il s\u2019agit du <strong>quatri\u00e8me projet de Libra avec Urbanitae<\/strong>, apr\u00e8s Juan de Austria et Mirador de la Estaci\u00f3n \u00e0 Madrid, et Residencial Benlliure \u00e0 Valence.<\/p><p>Sp\u00e9cialiste de la gestion int\u00e9grale de projets r\u00e9sidentiels, Libra est solidement implant\u00e9e \u00e0 Madrid, dans la Communaut\u00e9 valencienne, en Aragon et en Castille-et-Le\u00f3n.
