Cette transformation num\u00e9rique ne permettrait pas seulement d\u2019acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer les projets, mais repr\u00e9senterait \u00e9galement <strong>une opportunit\u00e9 d\u2019incorporer des outils innovants<\/strong> favorisant une construction plus efficace et durable \u00e0 long terme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans ce contexte, des mod\u00e8les tels que le BIM (Building Information Modeling) continuent de gagner du terrain dans les projets de construction, tant dans le secteur public que priv\u00e9, devenant ainsi une r\u00e9alit\u00e9 plut\u00f4t qu\u2019une simple promesse d\u2019avenir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Building Information Modeling, une nouvelle fa\u00e7on d\u2019aborder les projets<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Le <strong>Building Information Modeling (BIM)<\/strong> est une m\u00e9thodologie de travail collaboratif qui centralise toutes les informations d\u2019un projet dans un mod\u00e8le num\u00e9rique accessible \u00e0 tous les acteurs impliqu\u00e9s dans un projet immobilier.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En ce sens, le BIM repr\u00e9sente une \u00e9volution par rapport aux syst\u00e8mes de conception traditionnels bas\u00e9s sur des plans, en int\u00e9grant des informations g\u00e9om\u00e9triques (3D), temporelles (4D), de co\u00fbts (5D), environnementales (6D) et de maintenance (7D).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De plus, son application d\u00e9passe les seules phases de conception, englobant \u00e9galement l\u2019ex\u00e9cution du projet et se prolongeant tout au long du cycle de vie du b\u00e2timent, facilitant ainsi sa gestion int\u00e9grale et contribuant \u00e0 la r\u00e9duction des co\u00fbts d\u2019exploitation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Son utilit\u00e9 r\u00e9side donc dans <strong>l\u2019efficacit\u00e9 de l\u2019automatisation de la planification pour tous les groupes de travail<\/strong>, en int\u00e9grant toutes les donn\u00e9es du projet (d\u00e9lais, co\u00fbts, maintenance, aspects environnementaux\u2026). Ces informations peuvent \u00eatre modifi\u00e9es ou corrig\u00e9es \u00e0 distance sur une plateforme de support. Concernant l\u2019impact environnemental du projet, ils aident \u00e9galement \u00e0 g\u00e9rer plus efficacement le processus de construction, la gestion des d\u00e9chets, etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Au cours des dix derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es, la m\u00e9thodologie BIM a \u00e9t\u00e9 progressivement adopt\u00e9e dans plusieurs pays. Pour certains, sa mise en \u0153uvre est devenue une priorit\u00e9 strat\u00e9gique pour les administrations publiques, qui ont encourag\u00e9 son utilisation dans les projets de construction neuve, conform\u00e9ment aux recommandations de la <strong>Directive europ\u00e9enne sur les march\u00e9s publics 2014\/24\/UE<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans le cas sp\u00e9cifique de l\u2019Espagne, selon le rapport <strong>\u00ab\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.buildingsmart.es\/observatorio\/estudios\/estudio-adopci%C3%B3n-bim-2024\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Situation du BIM en Espagne 2024<\/a>\u00ab\u00a0<\/strong>, publi\u00e9 par <strong>buildingSMART Spain<\/strong>, son adoption progresse \u00e0 grands pas, atteignant <strong>12 % des appels d\u2019offres publics et 32 % des organisations priv\u00e9es<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bien que cette tendance soit en forte croissance, plusieurs <strong>obstacles subsistent<\/strong> pour une adoption qui entra\u00eene un v\u00e9ritable changement structurel dans l\u2019approche des projets de construction.
