Vous pourrez <strong>investir ce vendredi 17 janvier \u00e0 12 h (UTC+1).<\/strong> Voici tous les d\u00e9tails du projet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le <a href=\"https:\/\/urbanitae.com\/fr\/projet\/P000344?utm_source=blog_fr&amp;utm_medium=organic&amp;utm_campaign=urbanitae_blog_1224&amp;utm_term=villa_orquidea&amp;utm_content=fr_proyecto_villa_orquidea\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">projet Villa Orqu\u00eddea<\/a> consiste en l\u2019ach\u00e8vement d\u2019une&nbsp;<strong>villa d\u2019une surface totale construite de 2 309 m\u00b2<\/strong>&nbsp;sur un terrain de 1 740 m\u00b2. La villa comprendra 8 chambres, 9 salles de bain, 1 toilette, un garage avec 6 places de parking, un jardin avec piscines et vue sur la mer. Casas Fintech fait partie du groupe portugais Grupo Madre SGPS, l\u2019un des consortiums d\u2019investissement les plus reconnus au Portugal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Rendement de 12,5 % en 12 mois<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Le <a href=\"https:\/\/urbanitae.com\/fr\/projet\/P000344?utm_source=blog_fr&amp;utm_medium=organic&amp;utm_campaign=urbanitae_blog_1224&amp;utm_term=villa_orquidea_1&amp;utm_content=fr_proyecto_villa_orquidea\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">projet Villa Orqu\u00eddea<\/a> est un&nbsp;<strong>investissement bas\u00e9 sur la dette.<\/strong>&nbsp;La collaboration entre le promoteur et les investisseurs d\u2019Urbanitae se concr\u00e9tise par l\u2019octroi d\u2019un&nbsp;<strong>pr\u00eat hypoth\u00e9caire de second rang<\/strong>&nbsp;destin\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019achat du terrain, au paiement des frais financiers r\u00e9gl\u00e9s et des co\u00fbts restants li\u00e9s au pr\u00eat bancaire du promoteur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le montant total du pr\u00eat accord\u00e9 au promoteur s\u2019\u00e9l\u00e8ve \u00e0 4 050 575 \u20ac \u2013 garanti par une hypoth\u00e8que de premier rang \u2013 dont 1 744 179 \u20ac de fonds propres, 1 306 396 \u20ac de contributions des associ\u00e9s et 1 000 000 \u20ac d\u2019apports des investisseurs pendant le projet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Initialement, Urbanitae s\u2019engage sur&nbsp;<strong>une seule tranche allant jusqu\u2019\u00e0 3 570 000 \u20ac, avec un taux d\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat annuel de 12,5 % et une dur\u00e9e de 12 mois<\/strong>&nbsp;\u2013 avec une possibilit\u00e9 de prolongation de 12 mois au bout de la premi\u00e8re ann\u00e9e.
