Barcelone affiche les prix les plus \u00e9lev\u00e9s avec <strong>2 749 \u20ac\/m\u00b2 (+3,9 % annuel),<\/strong> suivie de G\u00e9rone avec <strong>2 432 \u20ac\/m\u00b2 (+7,8 %),<\/strong> qui se distingue par son dynamisme. Dans les zones les plus abordables, Lleida et Tarragone enregistrent des augmentations annuelles significatives (+8 % et +7 %, respectivement).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.idealista.com\/sala-de-prensa\/informes-precio-vivienda\/alquiler\/cataluna\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Location<\/a> :<\/strong> Le prix moyen des loyers en Catalogne a atteint <strong>17,8 \u20ac\/m\u00b2,<\/strong> un niveau record avec une augmentation annuelle de <strong>10,8 %.<\/strong> Barcelone m\u00e8ne avec <strong>19,8 \u20ac\/m\u00b2 (+13,4 % annuel),<\/strong> tandis que G\u00e9rone (13 \u20ac\/m\u00b2) enregistre des baisses trimestrielles (-5 %).
