Il est rare qu\u2019ils descendent en dessous de 20 mois. Cependant, les pr\u00eats peuvent parfaitement \u00eatre des projets 15 ou 12 mois \u00e0 l\u2019avance, voire moins. Pourquoi? Par cons\u00e9quent, ils ont tendance \u00e0 entrer dans une phase plus initiale des projets et sont expos\u00e9s \u00e0 des risques plus importants. Mais ils ne conditionnent pas la rentabilit\u00e9. Comme c\u2019est le cas lorsque vous demandez un pr\u00eat hypoth\u00e9caire, ce que la banque exige, c\u2019est de rembourser le pr\u00eat en temps opportun.
