Les SPV sont couramment utilis\u00e9s dans l\u2019immobilier, le financement participatif et d\u2019autres structures d\u2019investissement pour isoler et g\u00e9rer un actif ou un passif sp\u00e9cifique, en s\u00e9parant les risques financiers associ\u00e9s au projet du reste des op\u00e9rations de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 m\u00e8re ou d\u2019autres projets. <\/p><p style=\"color: #212121; font-family: Roboto, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\">L\u2019objectif principal d\u2019un SPV est de fournir une structure juridique et financi\u00e8re qui limite le risque pour le projet en question, prot\u00e9geant ainsi les investisseurs et les parties prenantes. De plus, les SPV permettent une gestion efficace et un contr\u00f4le clair des actifs et des flux de tr\u00e9sorerie d\u2019un projet sp\u00e9cifique. Ce type de v\u00e9hicule facilite \u00e9galement la surveillance et la transparence des projets d\u2019investissement, car les investisseurs peuvent clairement voir comment les fonds et les rendements g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9s sont g\u00e9r\u00e9s.  <\/p><p style=\"color: #212121; font-family: Roboto, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\">Cependant, il existe \u00e9galement des risques associ\u00e9s au VPS. Le principal inconv\u00e9nient est que ces v\u00e9hicules peuvent \u00eatre plus complexes et co\u00fbteux \u00e0 structurer, avec la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 de se conformer \u00e0 certaines r\u00e9glementations l\u00e9gales et fiscales, ce qui peut ajouter des frais administratifs suppl\u00e9mentaires.
