Cette formule offre un moyen accessible et diversifi\u00e9 d\u2019investir dans l\u2019immobilier sans avoir besoin d\u2019acqu\u00e9rir, de g\u00e9rer ou d\u2019entretenir directement des biens. <\/p><p style=\"color: #212121; font-family: Roboto, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\">L\u2019une de leurs principales caract\u00e9ristiques est qu\u2019ils sont oblig\u00e9s de distribuer un pourcentage \u00e9lev\u00e9 des b\u00e9n\u00e9fices obtenus \u2013 g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement au moins 90 % \u2013 entre les actionnaires sous forme de dividendes, ce qui en fait une option attrayante pour ceux qui recherchent un revenu p\u00e9riodique.
