Cet indicateur permet de mesurer le niveau d\u2019endettement et le risque associ\u00e9 au financement. Un LTV \u00e9lev\u00e9 indique que le pr\u00eat couvre une plus grande partie de la valeur de la propri\u00e9t\u00e9, ce qui pr\u00e9sente un risque plus \u00e9lev\u00e9 pour le pr\u00eateur. D\u2019autre part, un LTV faible implique une contribution plus importante des fonds propres par l\u2019acheteur, ce qui r\u00e9duit ce risque.   <\/p><p style=\"color: #212121; font-family: Roboto, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\"><strong>Le LTV<\/strong> est un param\u00e8tre cl\u00e9 pour les institutions financi\u00e8res et les acheteurs, car il influence directement les conditions de pr\u00eat, telles que le taux d\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat ou les exigences de contribution initiale.
