Il s\u2019agit d\u2019un indicateur qui permet d\u2019\u00e9valuer le degr\u00e9 d\u2019endettement et le niveau de risque associ\u00e9 au financement. Un LTC \u00e9lev\u00e9 indique qu\u2019une partie importante du co\u00fbt est financ\u00e9e par la dette, ce qui peut augmenter le risque financier. \u00c0 l\u2019inverse, un LTC faible refl\u00e8te une contribution plus \u00e9lev\u00e9e des capitaux propres par le promoteur.   <\/p><p style=\"color: #212121; font-family: Roboto, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\">Ce ratio est essentiel pour les financiers et les investisseurs, car il permet d\u2019\u00e9valuer la viabilit\u00e9 du projet et la solidit\u00e9 financi\u00e8re du promoteur.
