The session will analyse how capital structures are evolving in a context in which developers, investors and financiers are seeking more flexible solutions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On Thursday, 24 September, <strong>Diego Bestard<\/strong>, CEO of Urbanitae, will participate in a session on new lending models, focused on the role of technology platforms and direct lenders in the origination, structuring and deployment of capital outside traditional banking channels.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Also on Thursday, <strong>Luis Maura<\/strong>, Investment Director at Urbanitae, will take part in a panel on global demand and new hotel models.
