Terraces<\/strong> and <strong>Gav\u00e1 Mar<\/strong>, both progressing in line with their business plans.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Shevat Holding is a real estate hub founded in 2006, with a strong track record in the sector, having developed more than <strong>75 projects<\/strong> across Spain, particularly in Catalonia.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>The sponsor also has specific experience in Playa de Aro: it delivered a development in 2025 and is currently developing another one very close to the asset\u2014less than 200 meters away\u2014with over <strong>10% construction progress<\/strong> and more than 50% commercialisation achieved.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>This local expertise is one of the key strengths of the project, as it provides deep knowledge of the product, demand and sales process in the area.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Current status of the project<\/h2>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>The sponsor has signed a deposit agreement for the asset and has <strong>already paid \u20ac238,000 of the purchase price<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>The entry of Urbanitae investors will allow completion of the land acquisition and cover initial development costs not financed through external funding.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>The sponsor plans to <strong>apply for the building permit in May<\/strong> and has included an additional time <a id=\"https:\/\/blog.urbanitae.com\/en\/2023\/06\/18\/what-is-the-secret-of-sound-investment\/?utm_source=blog_en&amp;utm_medium=organic&amp;utm_campaign=urbanitae_blog_0426&amp;utm_term=buffer&amp;utm_content=en_proyecto_playa_de_aro\"
