In the first quarter of 2026, this segment reached <strong>more than \u20ac64 million<\/strong>, a <strong>30% increase<\/strong> compared to Q1 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This figure reflects two key trends: on the one hand, the growing confidence of investors in the real estate co-investment model; on the other, the strength of our origination and analysis capabilities to identify opportunities in a market that remains demanding.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Direct Investments: more than \u20ac6 million and 35 units sold<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/blog.urbanitae.com\/en\/2026\/03\/29\/how-direct-investments-works-from-matching-to-management\/?utm_source=blog_en&#038;utm_medium=organic&#038;utm_campaign=urbanitae_blog_0426&#038;utm_term=direct_investments&#038;utm_content=en_urbanitae_2026_q1\" type=\"link\" id=\"https:\/\/blog.urbanitae.com\/en\/2026\/03\/29\/how-direct-investments-works-from-matching-to-management\/?utm_source=blog_en&amp;utm_medium=organic&amp;utm_campaign=urbanitae_blog_0426&amp;utm_term=direct_investments&amp;utm_content=en_urbanitae_2026_q1\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Direct Investments<\/a>, our business line focused on direct real estate investment \u2013 where investors acquire full ownership of the property \u2013 also performed well at the start of the year. In the first quarter, this division generated <strong>more than \u20ac6 million in transactions<\/strong>, with <strong>35 units sold<\/strong>, predominantly <strong>second-hand residential properties<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>These results confirm the interest in a model that combines access to carefully selected opportunities with support throughout the purchase process, as well as ongoing management and monitoring of the investment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Greater focus on CRE: \u20ac12 million in commercial assets<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>At the same time, we have strengthened our activity in <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/blog.urbanitae.com\/en\/2026\/04\/12\/types-of-assets-in-commercial-real-estate-offices-retail-and-more\/?utm_source=blog_en&#038;utm_medium=organic&#038;utm_campaign=urbanitae_blog_0426&#038;utm_term=commercial_real_estate&#038;utm_content=en_urbanitae_2026_q1\" type=\"link\" id=\"https:\/\/blog.urbanitae.com\/en\/2026\/04\/12\/types-of-assets-in-commercial-real-estate-offices-retail-and-more\/?utm_source=blog_en&amp;utm_medium=organic&amp;utm_campaign=urbanitae_blog_0426&amp;utm_term=commercial_real_estate&amp;utm_content=en_urbanitae_2026_q1\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">commercial real estate<\/a> (CRE)<\/strong>, a particularly dynamic segment at the start of 2026.
