The site layout takes advantage of the natural topography, orienting the homes toward the coastline and the mouth of the Piedras River to maximize natural light, open views, and outdoor living spaces.<\/p>\n<p> <\/p>\n<p>The development is located at the <strong>highest elevation of the \u201cEl Rompido Oeste\u201d sector<\/strong>, adjacent to already consolidated residential phases.
