Quadratia was responsible for the sector\u2019s full urban development, which was officially accepted by the City Council in November 2024, reducing urban planning risks and guaranteeing modern infrastructure.<\/p><p>Phase III of <a href=\"https:\/\/urbanitae.com\/en\/project\/P000427\/?utm_source=blog_en&amp;utm_medium=organic&amp;utm_campaign=urbanitae_blog_1225&amp;utm_term=isea_estepona_2&amp;utm_content=en_proyecto_isea_estepona\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Isea Estepona<\/a> consists of four low-rise blocks (ground floor + 2 floors + penthouse) with contemporary design and high-quality common areas: community pool, gym, sauna and steam bath, landscaped areas, and playgrounds.<\/p><p>Sales began in September, and there are already <strong>7 paid reservations (~9%)<\/strong> even before obtaining the building permit. The previous two phases \u2013 also developed by Quadratia \u2013 achieved <strong>94% and 84% presales<\/strong>, demonstrating strong demand.<\/p><p>International demand continues to be a key driver in the municipality. Their expertise and transparent presentation of projects in webinars are highly valued by our investors.<\/p><p>For this operation, the manager will contribute <strong>15% of the capital<\/strong>, aligning their interests with investors.<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Investment Structure and Use of Capital<\/h2><p>This is a capital gain project, where Urbanitae investors will become
