Funding will open on <strong>Wednesday, October 22 at 4:00 p.m. (UTC+2).<\/strong><\/p>\n<p> <\/p>\n<p>On <strong>Tuesday the 21st at 4:00 p.m. (UTC+2)<\/strong> we\u2019ll host an <strong>info <a href=\"https:\/\/us02web.zoom.us\/webinar\/register\/WN_Wux1dcN0TE-r-6jOfbqzxQ\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">webinar<\/a><\/strong> together with Sergio Beltr\u00e1n Chabrera, CEO of Sebeco, the project manager.<\/p>\n<p> <\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">67 homes across 4 floors<\/h2>\n<p> <\/p>\n<p>The <a href=\"https:\/\/blog.urbanitae.com\/en\/2023\/12\/10\/are-equity-projects-or-debt-projects-safer\/?utm_source=blog_en&amp;utm_medium=organic&amp;utm_campaign=urbanitae_blog_1025&amp;utm_term=loan&amp;utm_content=en_proyecto_el_desert\">loan<\/a> will finance part of the land purchase price and acquisition costs, as well as expenses associated with Urbanitae\u2019s structured financing.<\/p>\n<p> <\/p>\n<p>Repayment will occur when the development loan is formalized with a financial institution, once the milestones of <strong>obtaining the building permit<\/strong> and achieving <strong>sufficient pre-sales<\/strong> have been met. Alternatively, repayment could take place via the entry of an investor partner in the project\u2019s equity.<\/p>\n<p> <\/p>\n<p>The site already has <strong>registered horizontal division<\/strong>, which will be revoked and unified after the sale. The plan calls for <strong>67 homes<\/strong> with communal areas, a pool, gym, and parking (ground floor plus three above-ground stories), with a total buildable area of <strong>6,539 sqm<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p> <\/p>\n<p>The <a href=\"https:\/\/urbanitae.com\/en\/project\/P000414\/?utm_source=blog_en&amp;utm_medium=organic&amp;utm_campaign=urbanitae_blog_1025&amp;utm_term=el_desert_1&amp;utm_content=en_proyecto_el_desert\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">El Desert<\/a> project is located in central Benic\u00e0ssim, 1 km from the beach. The town combines natural surroundings, quality of life, and strong connectivity via the AP-7 and N-340, backed by robust residential and holiday demand.
