During this period, the detailed study<\/strong> and urbanization project<\/strong> are being developed in coordination with the Punta Umbr\u00eda Town Hall. Simultaneously, progress is being made on the basic project<\/strong>, aiming to start marketing in the coming months and submit the permit application as soon as possible.<\/p>\n

The final development plans include the construction of 120 multifamily homes<\/strong> across three independent blocks with a ground floor plus eight stories. Homes will feature 2, 3, and 4 bedrooms, with an average area of 124 m\u00b2 and landscaped communal areas.<\/p>\n
