Navarro began his career in New York and, in Spain, has worked at top-tier companies such as <strong>CBRE<\/strong>, in the Capital Markets area, and <strong>Generali<\/strong>, where he headed the investment division for Spain and Portugal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">A Diversification Strategy<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>With his arrival, Urbanitae reinforces its commitment to offering investors a <strong>broader and more diversified portfolio<\/strong>, opening up opportunities beyond the residential sector: non-residential assets today account for nearly 80% of real estate investment in Spain.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In line with this, the new Transactions Division will oversee the <strong>rotation of tertiary assets once this portfolio of projects has been consolidated<\/strong>, optimizing the timing of sales after stabilization to maximize investor returns. Highlights include the acquisition of the <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ejeprime.com\/hoteles\/one-investment-y-urbanitae-estructuran-financiacion-por-5-millones-para-un-hotel-en-canarias\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Hotel Occidental Roca Negra<\/a><\/strong> in the Canary Islands, co-investment in a <strong>retail unit on Madrid\u2019s Golden Mile<\/strong>, the conversion of a building into <strong>tourist apartments in Porto<\/strong>, and entry into the <strong>flex living<\/strong> segment with the Oce\u00e1nika project in Torremolinos (M\u00e1laga).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Around one-third of these operations have been structured via equity as rental projects, in which investors participate in income-producing assets with yields of 5\u20136% IRR and quarterly income distributions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Incorporating tertiary assets into the portfolio also provides a strategic advantage for investors.
