Funding will open on <strong>Wednesday, September 17 at 12:00 p.m. (UTC+2), with a maximum ticket of \u20ac1,000 per investor<\/strong>.<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">24% total return<\/h2><p>Investors will participate by granting a <strong>fixed-rate loan at 12% annually<\/strong> over an estimated term of <strong>24 months<\/strong>. The minimum guaranteed return is six months of interest, and both principal and interest will be repaid at maturity.<\/p><p>The total loan amount is <strong>\u20ac740,000<\/strong> in a single tranche. The purpose of the transaction is to recapitalize the developer, allowing it to recover part of the capital already invested in the project and allocate it to new opportunities.<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">A development on the Costa del Sol<\/h2><p>Repayment of the <a href=\"https:\/\/urbanitae.com\/en\/project\/P000395?utm_source=blog_en&amp;utm_medium=organic&amp;utm_campaign=urbanitae_blog_0925&amp;utm_term=rabanales_2&amp;utm_content=en_proyecto_rabanales\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Rabanales<\/a> project loan will be backed by a residential development under way in <strong>El Puerto de la Duquesa (Manilva, M\u00e1laga)<\/strong>, consisting of <strong>38 free-market multifamily homes<\/strong>, all with garage and storage room, plus communal areas with a swimming pool and gardens.<\/p><p>The development is located in a privileged environment, surrounded by beaches and historic landmarks such as the Castillo de la Duquesa, in one of the most attractive areas of the <a href=\"https:\/\/blog.urbanitae.com\/en\/2024\/05\/14\/20-return-on-real-estate-investment-on-the-costa-del-sol\/?utm_source=blog_en&amp;utm_medium=organic&amp;utm_campaign=urbanitae_blog_0925&amp;utm_term=costa_del_sol&amp;utm_content=en_proyecto_rabanales\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Costa del Sol<\/a>.
