This is due to improved infrastructure\u2014like that seen on the Costa del Sol\u2014the growth in vacation demand, and increasing tourism appeal. In fact, international tourist numbers could reach 100 million this year, according to the World Travel &amp; Tourism Council (WTTC).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Best beach locations to invest in right now<\/strong>.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Real estate platform <strong>Fotocasa<\/strong> reveals in its latest <strong>report, \u2018Profitability in Coastal Municipalities, Summer 2025\u2019<\/strong>, that 22 coastal cities posted returns higher than the national average (6.5%) in June, demonstrating that these areas remain an excellent option for property investors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>But <strong>which coastal cities are the most interesting for investment?<\/strong> Unsurprisingly, <strong>Andalusia tops the ranking with Adra (Almer\u00eda), delivering a 13.7% return<\/strong> at mid-year, followed by <strong>San Javier (Murcia) with 10%<\/strong>\u2014the only two municipalities in Spain reaching double-digit profitability.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>They are followed by La L\u00ednea de la Concepci\u00f3n (9.4%), Mazarr\u00f3n (9.3%), Laredo (9.2%), L\u2019Hospitalet de Llobregat (8.8%), Ferrol (8.7%), Ribeira (8.7%), Sagunto (8.5%), Badalona (8.3%), and Foz (8.1%) as <strong>municipalities with returns above 8%<\/strong> in June.
