What is Urbanitae Academy?<\/h2>

Urbanitae Academy is our online learning platform, designed for both beginners in the investment world and those looking to strengthen or update their knowledge. The content covers everything from the fundamentals of real estate investment<\/a> and crowdfunding<\/a> to broader financial education topics.<\/strong> Best of all: you can do it at your own pace, whenever and however you like.<\/p>

The course material has been fully developed by our team of experts, in collaboration with Echtus, a company specialized in instructional design and digital training; Kwantic, a training consultancy focused on strategic learning; and Educresco, a firm specializing in educational content creation. The content is available in Spanish and English<\/strong>, and new modules and learning resources will be added soon based on the platform’s evolution and user feedback.<\/p>

The launch of Urbanitae Academy responds to a growing need we\u2019ve identified among our investors: to better understand the financial products they invest in, how projects are structured, what the risks are, and what role platforms like Urbanitae<\/a> play in alternative financing.<\/p>

The beta version of Urbanitae Academy is\u00a0hosted on Kwantic<\/strong>, a next-generation learning platform that allows you to personalize your learning experience. All you need is to register with an email address and a password, and you can start your learning journey right away.<\/p>

What will you find in this first version?<\/h2>

This beta phase includes a single course:\u00a0\u201cSmart Real Estate Investment with Urbanitae.\u201d<\/em>\u00a0The goal of this course is to ensure that\u00a0any aspiring investor knows whether they are ready to start investing<\/strong>, understands the risks involved, and becomes familiar with the most common performance metrics.<\/p>

Once the basics are covered, the course continues with an overview of the main types of investment\u2014from stocks and bonds to real estate investment, which we explore in more detail. From there, we move into\u00a0real estate crowdfunding \u2013 and crowdlending \u2013<\/a><\/strong>, and how to take your first steps on Urbanitae, Europe\u2019s leading real estate co-investment platform.<\/p>

After mastering the key aspects of investing through Urbanitae, we wrap up with a chapter dedicated to the\u00a0taxation<\/a>\u00a0of real estate investments<\/strong>, detailing each type of project available on Urbanitae and the applicable regulations. In short, the course covers:\u00a0<\/p>
