Final phase of a high-end renovation<\/h2>\n

<\/p>\n

Villa Generalife III<\/a> aims to finance the completion of a comprehensive luxury renovation. This new loan totals \u20ac725,000<\/strong>, with a 12-month term<\/strong> and a fixed annual return of 9.5%<\/strong>. The maximum investment per investor will be \u20ac2,000<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Structured as a loan, this final tranche closes out a project that began in February 2024. The villa is currently 44% complete, according to the April 2025 progress certificate. Works began immediately after acquiring the property under a fast-track building permit known as Declaraci\u00f3n Responsable.<\/p>\n

Once completed, Villa Generalife will feature six bedrooms, eight bathrooms, and a range of luxury amenities<\/strong> including a spa, heated pool, gym, cinema room, wine cellar, and rooftop leisure area with jacuzzi, bar, and mini-golf. Outside, it will include a large garden with a swimming pool, pizza oven, BBQ, and outdoor kitchen.<\/p>\n
