In this initial stage, <strong>14 two- and three-bedroom units<\/strong> will be built, all including a parking space and storage room, and equipped with spacious terraces. Ground-floor units will have private gardens, while the penthouses will feature rooftop solariums on the seventh floor.<\/p><p>The development will also include <strong>landscaped communal areas, a swimming pool, and a meeting room<\/strong>, offering a very attractive value proposition for buyers seeking quality of life and proximity to the city center. It has previously developed projects in central Zaragoza, Cuarte de Huerva, and Ejea de los Caballeros. This is its <strong>second project financed through Urbanitae<\/strong>, following the success of Residencial <a href=\"https:\/\/urbanitae.com\/es\/proyecto\/P000216?utm_source=blog_en&amp;utm_medium=organic&amp;utm_campaign=urbanitae_blog_0425&amp;utm_term=cinco_villas&amp;utm_content=en_proyecto_miralbueno\">Cinco Villas<\/a>, which is progressing as planned.<\/p><p>While Segia Residencial acts as the comprehensive developer, its team also has experience as a delegated developer and cooperative manager. With over 25 years of experience in the area, the company has delivered close to 30 single-family homes and apartment blocks in the province over the past four years.<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Investment strategy and project conditions<\/h2><p>This project follows a capital gains strategy, through capital contribution for land acquisition and initial costs. The project already has an <strong>exclusive pre-contract agreement for the asset<\/strong>, the <strong>construction license has been requested<\/strong>, and <strong>bank financing for the works has been approved<\/strong>. The construction contract is currently being tendered with bids in line with the estimated budget.<\/p><p>Urbanitae investors will participate through a capital increase in the project\u2019s development company.
