It will house 40 storage units, <strong>14 of which have already been pre-reserved<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>The second site is located at <strong>Calle Sim\u00f3n Hern\u00e1ndez 56<\/strong> in M\u00f3stoles. Here, 36 units will be developed, with <strong>14 already pre-reserved<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Both locations are aimed at meeting the demand from local residents who need additional space for storage.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">A Proven and Experienced Developer<\/h2>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>The project is led by <strong>Grupanxon<\/strong>, a corporate group with over 20 years of experience, particularly in the development of storage units, garages, and residential properties.
