The group has developed 10 projects in Marbella\u2019s most prestigious areas<\/strong> and currently has seven projects under construction and five in development<\/strong>. They have already delivered luxury villas in Golden Mile, Sierra Blanca, Cascada de Camoj\u00e1n, Nueva Andaluc\u00eda, Zagaleta, and Guadalmina Baja<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The project developer is committing a total capital of \u20ac6,169,916 (35.7%)<\/strong>, including an initial equity contribution of \u20ac4,481,614<\/strong>. Of this amount, \u20ac2,536,095<\/strong> comes from the acquisition and construction of Villa Paradise<\/strong>, a luxury home built in 2024<\/strong> in Para\u00edso Alto<\/strong>, which will serve as additional collateral<\/a><\/strong> for the loan. Additionally, the developer commits to providing \u20ac1,688,302 in additional equity<\/strong> throughout the project.<\/p>\n
