The property features six bedrooms, eight bathrooms, and a garage for four cars. Additionally, it boasts extensive outdoor spaces, including a swimming pool, an outdoor kitchen, and a water well. The basement offers a multi-purpose room, gym, jacuzzi, and hammam. AES currently holds a bank loan of \u20ac3,197,829 with a first-rank mortgage guarantee,<\/strong> which has funded part of the construction up to its current stage. Urbanitae\u2019s loan will be issued in a single tranche of up to \u20ac1,570,000<\/strong> to finance the final construction phase and furnishing of the villa.<\/p>\n
