Madrid has climbed to second place in 2025, after ranking third the previous year, while <strong>Barcelona has made a significant leap to fourth place<\/strong>, improving by three positions compared to last year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This development reflects renewed interest in the Spanish real estate market. Within the residential segment, investment trends focus on <strong>multifamily \/ build-to-rent (BTR)<\/strong>, favored by two-thirds of investors, and <strong>student housing<\/strong>, which attracts 20% of investors. In logistics, most investors opt for <strong>modern assets in major cities<\/strong>, while in the office segment, demand leans toward <strong>high-quality properties in prime locations<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>According to Savills&#8217; survey, residential and logistics remain the preferred investment sectors, with rising demand for offices in financial districts, hotels, data centers, and retail properties.
