However, as is typical for equity projects, the investment tickets were larger. In total, we funded <strong>nearly \u20ac12 million in <a href=\"https:\/\/blog.urbanitae.com\/en\/2024\/09\/06\/what-types-of-equity-projects-are-there-in-urbanitae\/?utm_source=blog_en&amp;utm_medium=organic&amp;utm_campaign=urbanitae_blog_1224&amp;utm_term=equity&amp;utm_content=en_urbanitae_resumen_octubre\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">equity<\/a><\/strong> and \u20ac7.5 million in loans.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Strengthening Leadership in Portugal<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>We are pleased to share that Portugal played a key role in November. We partnered again with Caler Advisory &amp; Asset Management following the success of the <a href=\"https:\/\/urbanitae.com\/en\/project\/P000272?utm_source=blog_en&amp;utm_medium=organic&amp;utm_campaign=urbanitae_blog_1224&amp;utm_term=barao_forrester&amp;utm_content=en_urbanitae_resumen_octubre\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Barao Forrester<\/a> project, a \u20ac5 million venture funded in April. The <strong>Julio Dinis project, with a \u20ac4.8 million ticket,<\/strong> is similar in nature: the development of 96 serviced apartments operated by L\u00edbere Hospitality Group in Porto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Just seven days later, we launched the <a href=\"https:\/\/blog.urbanitae.com\/en\/2024\/11\/22\/new-project-invest-in-luxury-real-estate-in-lisbon\/?utm_source=blog_en&amp;utm_medium=organic&amp;utm_campaign=urbanitae_blog_1224&amp;utm_term=castilho_3&amp;utm_content=en_urbanitae_resumen_octubre\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Castilho 3<\/a> project with a new developer, Mexto. This operation highlights the strength of the luxury real estate market in Portugal, particularly in Lisbon. For this project, we teamed up with the developer to construct between five and six luxury homes in the Portuguese capital. The <strong>over 1,000 investors<\/strong> who participated joined as partners in a development that already had a building permit and achieved its first sale within just one day of marketing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>These milestones further solidify our leadership in Portugal. In just one year of operations in the country, we have reached a total funding of nearly <strong>\u20ac25 million,<\/strong> focusing on prime residential projects and high-value tickets \u2013 averaging \u20ac3.5 million per project. Overall, we\u2019ve managed more than 5,800 investments in Portugal and contributed to the delivery of over 300 units.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Luxury Residential on the Rise<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>In Spain, high-end projects continue to attract substantial investor interest. Four of the seven projects we funded this month belong to the luxury segment \u2013 including Castilho 3. The three Spanish-based projects share a common denominator: <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/blog.urbanitae.com\/en\/2024\/05\/20\/marbella-the-ultimate-capital-of-luxury-real-estate\/?utm_source=blog_en&amp;utm_medium=organic&amp;utm_campaign=urbanitae_blog_1224&amp;utm_term=marbella&amp;utm_content=en_urbanitae_resumen_octubre\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Marbella<\/a>.<\/strong> This Andalusian city is proving itself to be one of Europe\u2019s key hubs for luxury real estate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Two of the three Spanish luxury projects funded in November were second debt tranches for developments already underway. These include Villa Alcal\u00e1 II, a five-bedroom, five-bathroom villa in Nueva Andaluc\u00eda, and Cazorla &#8211; Piemonte III, which continues the construction of two villas located in the Las Lomas de Marbella Club and Be Aloha developments, respectively.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Jacaranda project also takes us back to Marbella, this time with Influence Property \u2013 a newcomer to our platform \u2013 to develop two luxury homes in the Las Brisas Frontline Golf neighborhood. These projects bring our total to an impressive <strong>\u20ac130 million in luxury residential developments<\/strong> across Spain and Portugal since we began operations in mid-2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The numbers \u2013 and, most importantly, the trust of our investors \u2013 motivate us to keep seeking the best investment opportunities.
