If you missed out last time, you will have the opportunity to invest in subsidized housing in Madrid <strong>on Tuesday, October 22 at 4:00 p.m. (UTC+2).<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>Like Balc\u00f3n del Sur, the <a href=\"https:\/\/urbanitae.com\/en\/project\/P000324?utm_source=blog_en&amp;utm_medium=organic&amp;utm_campaign=urbanitae_blog_1024&amp;utm_term=ribera_del_pinar_1&amp;utm_content=en_proyecto_ribera_del_pinar\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Ribera del Pinar<\/a> project involves granting a loan to partially finance the purchase of land in Navalcarnero, Madrid, where a <strong>248-unit residential development under cooperative housing scheme with limited price public protection (VPPL)<\/strong> will be built.<\/p>\n\n<p>The 248 VPPL units will have three bedrooms, two bathrooms, large terraces, and extensive common areas with a swimming pool, patio, and private garden. In terms of location, the project is situated less than 30 km from the center of Madrid; it\u2019s a 25-minute drive to Madrid via the A-5 or R-5 highways, and it\u2019s also well connected by bus. Additionally, <strong>Navalcarnero is a city experiencing real estate growth,<\/strong> as it\u2019s considered a more affordable and peaceful alternative close to Madrid. In fact, its population has grown by 13% since 2018.<\/p>\n\n<p>This is the second project we are financing with Urbanismo y Gesti\u00f3n, following <a href=\"https:\/\/blog.urbanitae.com\/en\/2024\/10\/14\/new-project-invest-in-subsidized-housing-with-an-11-5-annual-return\/?utm_source=blog_en&amp;utm_medium=organic&amp;utm_campaign=urbanitae_blog_1024&amp;utm_term=balcon_del_sur&amp;utm_content=en_proyecto_ribera_del_pinar\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Balc\u00f3n del Sur<\/a>, which was fully funded in just a few minutes with the participation of over 1,800 investors. This developer has nearly 40 years of experience in the sector and has <strong>delivered more than 9,000 homes.<\/strong> In Madrid alone, the developer has completed over 50 cooperative housing projects, amounting to around 1,800 homes.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">11.5% return in 12 months<\/h2>\n\n<p>The <a href=\"https:\/\/urbanitae.com\/en\/project\/P000324?utm_source=blog_en&amp;utm_medium=organic&amp;utm_campaign=urbanitae_blog_1024&amp;utm_term=ribera_del_pinar_2&amp;utm_content=en_proyecto_ribera_del_pinar\">Ribera del Pinar<\/a> project follows a debt strategy.
