Additionally, we have recently entered into a \u20ac150 million Joint-Venture <a href=\"https:\/\/blog.urbanitae.com\/en\/2023\/11\/14\/strategic-alliance-with-neinor-homes-to-create-a-joint-venture\/?utm_source=blog&amp;utm_medium=referral&amp;utm_campaign=urbanitae_1223&amp;utm_term=Neinor+Homes&amp;utm_content=eurocrowd\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">alliance with Neinor Homes<\/a> and a strategic collaboration with <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cbre.com\/services\/design-and-build\/project-and-program-management\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">CBRE Project Management<\/a> to strengthen the control and monitoring of the projects we finance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>EUROCROWD is an international organization <\/strong>founded in 2011 that aims to be an essential catalyst for driving innovation, effective representation, active promotion, and safeguarding interests in the European crowdfunding industry. Since its founding, it has established itself as a key player tirelessly working to shape and lead the path of crowdfunding in Europe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This organization strives to foster innovation within the sector, recognizing the importance of diversity in the crowdfunding ecosystem and working to create an environment conducive to creativity and the development of new initiatives.
