It will open for financing next Thursday, November 30th, at 4:00 PM.<\/p>\n<p>The<strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/urbanitae.com\/en\/project\/P000246?utm_source=blog&amp;utm_medium=referral&amp;utm_campaign=urbanitae_1123&amp;utm_term=proyecto+roca+llisa&amp;utm_content=proyecto_roca_llisa\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Roca Llisa project<\/a><\/strong> involves the development of a promotion of 3 luxury villas located in the Roca Llisa urbanization (Ibiza).<\/p>\n<p>More specifically, the development is located in the Roca Llisa urbanization (Ibiza).<\/p>\n<p>Roca Llisa will be the fourth project financed by <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.rtvpromotors.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">RTV GRUPO INMOBILIARIO<\/a><\/strong> through URBANITAE, following the Passeig de la Pau, Residencial Labritja, and Parc Can Fluix\u00e0 developments located in Santa Eulalia del R\u00edo and Sant Joan (Ibiza).<\/p>\n<h2>Granted building permit<\/h2>\n<p>With this project, a <strong>capital appreciation<\/strong> strategy will be implemented, involving a partnership with the developer for the development of a promotion located in the Roca Llisa urbanization (Ibiza). Urbanitae investors&#8217; contributions will be delivered to the developer through a capital increase to the vehicle company that will pool all the contributions from Urbanitae investors.<\/p>\n<p>The manager has entered into an<strong> exclusive earnest money contract<\/strong> with the owner of the plot on which the development will take place, which is <strong>free of charges<\/strong>. The project also has a <strong>granted building permit<\/strong>, allowing construction work to begin once external financing has been formalized.<\/p>\n<p><b>In this video, Vicente Ram\u00f3n Tur, president of RTV Grupo Inmobiliario, Pau Ram\u00f3n, expansion director of RTV Grupo Inmobiliario, and Diego Bestard, CEO of Urbanitae, explain the key aspects of the project.<\/b><br><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-c28afec elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"c28afec\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h2>Return in 28-32 months<\/h2>\n<p>The project has an estimated duration of between 28 and 32 months. The capital increase and land acquisition are expected between the <strong>fourth quarter of 2023 and the first quarter of 2024<\/strong>. The start of construction work is estimated between the <strong>first and second quarters of 2024<\/strong>. The completion of construction, occupancy license, and delivery of homes are expected between the <strong>first and second quarters of 2026<\/strong>.
