Die Finanzierung wird <strong>Mittwoch, den 22. Oktober um 16:00 Uhr (UTC+2)<\/strong> er\u00f6ffnet.<\/p>\n<p> <\/p>\n<p>Am <strong>Dienstag, den 21. Oktober um 16:00 Uhr (UTC+2)<\/strong> veranstalten wir ein <strong>informierendes Webinar<\/strong> mit Sergio Beltr\u00e1n Chabrera, Gesch\u00e4ftsf\u00fchrer von Sebeco, dem Projektleiter.<\/p>\n<p> <\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">67 Wohnungen auf 4 Etagen<\/h2>\n<p> <\/p>\n<p>Das <a href=\"https:\/\/blog.urbanitae.com\/de\/2023\/12\/10\/sind-eigenkapitalprojekte-oder-schuldenprojekte-sicherer\/?utm_source=blog_de&amp;utm_medium=organic&amp;utm_campaign=urbanitae_blog_1025&amp;utm_term=darlehen&amp;utm_content=de_proyecto_el_desert\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Darlehen<\/a> wird einen Teil des Kaufpreises und der Erwerbskosten des Grundst\u00fccks sowie die durch die strukturierte Finanzierung von Urbanitae entstehenden Kosten finanzieren.<\/p>\n<p> <\/p>\n<p>Die R\u00fcckzahlung erfolgt bei Abschluss des <strong>F\u00f6rderdarlehens<\/strong> mit einer Bank, sobald die <strong>Baugenehmigung erteilt<\/strong> und <strong>ausreichende Vorverk\u00e4ufe<\/strong> erreicht sind. Alternativ k\u00f6nnte die R\u00fcckzahlung durch den Einstieg eines Investorenpartners in das Projektkapital erfolgen.<\/p>\n<p> <\/p>\n<p>Das Grundst\u00fcck verf\u00fcgt \u00fcber eine <strong>bereits eingetragene horizontale Teilung<\/strong>, die nach dem Erwerb aufgehoben und vereinheitlicht wird. Geplant ist die Entwicklung von <strong>67 Wohnungen<\/strong> mit Gemeinschaftsbereichen, Schwimmbad, Fitnessraum und Parkpl\u00e4tzen (Erdgeschoss plus drei Obergeschosse) mit einer <strong>Gesamtbebauungsfl\u00e4che von 6.539 m\u00b2<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p> <\/p>\n<p>Das Projekt <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/urbanitae.com\/en\/project\/P000414\/?utm_source=blog_de&amp;utm_medium=organic&amp;utm_campaign=urbanitae_blog_1025&amp;utm_term=el_desert_1&amp;utm_content=de_proyecto_el_desert\">El Desert<\/a><\/strong> liegt im Zentrum von Benic\u00e0ssim, 1 km vom Strand entfernt.
