Urbanitae war beim <strong>Real Estate Financing Forum<\/strong> am 26. Februar und beim <strong>Family Office &amp; Private Wealth Real Estate Forum<\/strong> am 4. M\u00e4rz in Madrid vertreten \u2013 beide organisiert von Planner Exhibitions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Alternative Finanzierung im Wohnimmobiliensektor<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Im Rahmen des <strong>Real Estate Financing Forum<\/strong> hatten wir die Gelegenheit, mit Branchenexperten \u00fcber die Finanzierungsm\u00f6glichkeiten f\u00fcr Immobilienentwickler in Form von Fremd- und <a href=\"https:\/\/blog.urbanitae.com\/de\/2024\/09\/06\/welche-arten-von-equity-projekten-gibt-es-bei-urbanitae\/?utm_source=blog_de&amp;utm_medium=organic&amp;utm_campaign=urbanitae_blog_0325&amp;utm_term=eigenkapital&amp;utm_content=de_urbanitae_planner\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Eigenkapital<\/a> zu diskutieren. Unser Direktor f\u00fcr institutionelle Beziehungen, Jos\u00e9 Mar\u00eda G\u00f3mez-Acebo, betonte die Bedeutung alternativer Finanzierungsformen f\u00fcr die Umsetzung von Projekten, die ohne diese Unterst\u00fctzung nicht realisierbar w\u00e4ren. <em>\u201eWenn wir in Eigenkapital investieren, dann nicht in Fremdkapital, um nicht in beiden Phasen des Prozesses involviert zu sein\u201c<\/em>, erkl\u00e4rte er und unterstrich Urbanitaes Fokus auf qualitativ hochwertige Entwickler und eine solide Nachfrage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Unser CEO Diego Bestard nahm an der Podiumsdiskussion <strong>\u201e<a href=\"https:\/\/plannerexhibitions.com\/en\/financing\/agenda\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Alternative Finanzierung<\/a> II: Crowdfunding und kollaborative Investitionsplattformen im Wohnimmobiliensektor\u201c<\/strong> teil. In seinem Beitrag analysierte Bestard das exponentielle Wachstum des Immobilien-Crowdfundings und seine Rolle bei der Diversifizierung der Finanzierungsquellen f\u00fcr Entwickler. <em>\u201eDas Anormale war, dass es fr\u00fcher nur Bankfinanzierungen gab\u201c<\/em>, stellte er fest und hob das enorme Potenzial des spanischen Marktes in diesem Bereich hervor. Zudem betonte er Urbanitaes Rolle bei der <strong>Finanzierung von Grundst\u00fccken<\/strong>, einem Segment, das traditionell Schwierigkeiten beim Zugang zu Bankkrediten hatte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In Bezug auf die Renditen erkl\u00e4rte Bestard, dass <strong>Urbanitae in den letzten Jahren mehr als 5.000 Wohneinheiten finanziert<\/strong> und dabei durchschnittliche Portfolio-Renditen von etwa 10 % sowie Eigenkapitalrenditen zwischen 15 % und 20 % erzielt hat. <em>\u201eInvestitionen in Immobilienentwicklung m\u00fcssen solche Renditen bieten; andernfalls sind sie nicht sinnvoll\u201c<\/em>, betonte er. M\u00e4rz kehrte Urbanitae ins El Beatriz Madrid zur\u00fcck, um am <strong>Family Office &amp; Private Wealth Real Estate Forum<\/strong> teilzunehmen, einer Veranstaltung, die sich auf Anlagestrategien f\u00fcr verm\u00f6gende Privatkunden konzentriert.
