M\u00e4rz um 16:00 Uhr (UTC+1) zur Investition \u00f6ffnen wird<\/strong>.<\/p><p>Das <strong>Alcot\u00e1n Zabala-Projekt<\/strong> besteht aus der Entwicklung einer neuen Wohnf\u00f6rderung mit 12 Wohnungen im Stadtteil <strong>Ciudad Jard\u00edn (Madrid)<\/strong>. Der Manager dieser Operation ist <strong>Grupo Abauco<\/strong>, ein Immobilienentwickler, mit dem wir bereits drei Projekte zuvor realisiert haben.<\/p><p>Das betreffende Projekt befindet sich in <strong>der Stra\u00dfe General Zabala<\/strong> im Stadtteil Ciudad Jard\u00edn, Madrid. Das Projekt liegt nur 200 Meter vom Nationalen Musik-Auditorium entfernt, neben der Stra\u00dfe Pr\u00edncipe de Vergara und der U-Bahn-Station Cruz de Rayo.<\/p><h2>Der Promotor investiert sein eigenes Kapital<\/h2><p>Die Operation wird \u00fcber eine <strong>Kapitalerh\u00f6hung strukturiert<\/strong>, bei der sowohl der Manager als auch die <strong>Investoren von Urbanitae<\/strong> einen Kapitalbeitrag zur F\u00f6rdergesellschaft der Operation leisten werden.
