Dieser Indikator wird verwendet, um das Verschuldungsniveau und das mit der Finanzierung verbundene Risiko zu messen. Ein hoher LTV zeigt an, dass das Darlehen einen gr\u00f6\u00dferen Teil des Immobilienwerts abdeckt, was ein h\u00f6heres Risiko f\u00fcr den Kreditgeber darstellt. Im Gegensatz dazu bedeutet ein niedriger LTV einen h\u00f6heren Eigenkapitalanteil des K\u00e4ufers, was das Risiko verringert.   <\/p><p style=\"color: #212121; font-family: Roboto, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\">Das <strong>LTV<\/strong> ist ein wichtiger Parameter sowohl f\u00fcr Finanzinstitute als auch f\u00fcr K\u00e4ufer, da es die Kreditkonditionen direkt beeinflusst, wie beispielsweise den Zinssatz oder die Anforderungen an die Eigenkapitalquote.
